This is the official site of the Matra Enthusiasts’ Club. The only club in
the UK that caters for all models of car built by the former Matra
Automobile company. In spite of the name, all nationalities are
welcome. We offer a wealth of experience, advice and assistance to all
Matra owners through our technical advisors. The Club meets six times
per year, at various locations around the UK, our policy being to give
all members, wherever they may be in the UK, the opportunity to
attend at least one national meeting a year. We also have a stand at
the annual Classic Motor Show at the National Exhibition Centre. Our
meetings are friendly social events, with visits to places of interest,
such as historic houses or museums that will appeal to other family
members, as well as the chance to chat to other members and
compare experiences and cars. Non-members will be made very
welcome at our meetings, just turn up and introduce yourself.
We liaise regularly with other Matra and Simca-Talbot clubs in Europe
and arrange club trips to international meetings.
The Club has a magazine, published six times a year, on alternate
months to the meetings. You can advertise Matra cars and parts for
sale on this site and in the Magazine.
